ORADEA / Oradea (LROD)

1. TARIFF FOR LANDING*

- unit rate: 2.50 EURO per tonne

2. TARIFF FOR LIGHTING**

- unit rate: 1.50 EURO per tonne

3. TARIFF FOR PARKING***

- unit rate: 0.10 EURO per tonne / hour / procedure

4. SERVICES FOR PASSENGERS

- unit rate: 2.00 EURO / passenger / boarded

- security charge: 2.00 EURO / passenger / boarded

- transit: 1.00 EURO / passenger / disembarked

- transfer: 1.00 EURO / passenger / boarded

Note: Rates does not include VAT.

Application Rules:

• a* Airport charges landing, lighting and parking whose charging base is ton, ton fractions less than 500 Kg are neglected, and the highest of 500 Kg are considered a ton; aircraft with maximum take-off mass than 500 kg will be charged as a ton.
• b** In stationary case charge, this is charged for each hour or fraction of an hour of stationary aircraft at the airport, except for the first three hours after landing. The fraction of time is set at 15 minutes.
• c*** Charges for passenger services, transfer and airport security are charged per passenger boarded from Oradea Airport and the transit charge is perceived for each transit passengers who disembark from the aircraft.

5. FACILITIES TO APPLICATION OF AIRPORT CHARGES

In order to encourage the airline operating frequency landing tariff reductions are granted on the following scheme:

Discounts are granted to all airlines that operate regular flights (according to Art. 49 of the Air Code) that operate on a contract basis. For the other airport fares no facilities are granted in their application.

 EX-ANTE SCHEME

FOR ORADEA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

In accordance to CE Guidelines no.2014/C99/03 published in UE Official Journal on 4^th April 2014, regarding state aid to airports and airlines, in 24th of May 2014 Bihor County Council approved an ”Ex-ante” scheme by General Decision no. 148 for Oradea International Airport. Also, on 15th of May 2019, for a better use of current and future capacity and for improving the financial situation, this scheme was revised by updating the expenses (mentioned below). 

This scheme applies starting for all the air carriers which will start new regulated routes, domestic or international from Oradea International Airport. The destinations will be established on ”the first come, first served” principle.

The conditions to benefit from this scheme are as follows:

• Ex-ante scheme applies for opening a minimum of 2 new destinations, with at least 2 frequencies/week each.
• Providing an average aircraft load factor of 80%
